General membership meetings, fundraisers, and the community nights that bring families together. Meetings are open to everyone; you do not need to be a member to attend.
Our first general meeting of the year. We review the budget, vote on the year’s standing rules, and introduce the committee chairs who are looking for help. Every member is welcome to attend and vote. Childcare is provided, and Mandarin interpretation is available on request.
Mooncakes, lanterns, and student performances. One of the largest community nights of the year, and a good first event if you are new to the school. Volunteers are needed for setup, the lantern table, and cleanup.
Our single largest fundraiser of the year. Students run laps during the school day, and pledges collected beforehand fund classroom grants and enrichment programs for the rest of the year.
A mid-year check-in on the budget and program spending, plus an early look at the nominating committee’s work for next year’s board.
Lion dance, student performances, craft tables, and a potluck. Our biggest event of the year and one that takes the most volunteers to run.

Families brought a dish to share and stayed for games on the field. The PTSA provided drinks and dessert.
