We want every family in the Bellevue Mandarin Dual Language program to be able to use this site, regardless of ability or the device they are using.
What we aim for
This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and interface colors meet minimum contrast ratios
- The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, including a skip-to-content link
- Content is structured with real headings, lists, and tables so screen readers can navigate it
- The site works at any window size and supports browser zoom
Where we know we fall short
- Some pages are not yet available in Chinese; untranslated pages appear in English only
- Documents linked from this site (forms, flyers) may not all be accessible

This site is maintained by parent volunteers, so please also tell us if you need something urgently and we will prioritize it.
